Mary's  journey has taken her from Niagara’s acclaimed fine dining and winery scene to the heart of the Okanagan Valley. With a degree in Oenology and Viticulture from Brock University and experience crafting wines at some of Canada’s most respected wineries, Mary brings a wealth of knowledge, passion, and storytelling to every glass.  Mary believes great wine begins in the vineyard and that every bottle should reflect a true sense of place. Join us as she guides guests through the evening’s pairings, sharing the stories, philosophy, and craftsmanship behind each wine.

Chef Hiran Perera studied culinary arts in Paris while attending L'Ecole Ducasse where his passion for french cuisine began. After going on to work in a Michelin star restaurant in the South of France, he returned home to BC  with a love for these classic styles and techniques and is excited to create a special menu for this flavourful evening.  Our chef table dinners are a fun and innovative way for Chef Perera to teach new skills to our culinary team and elevate their knowledge of international cuisine.
